Il lavoro richiama personaggi di fantasia e reali in un periodo che va dal 1920 agli anni '60, da Josephine Baker, grande appassionata di Citroën (mai si è saputo se amasse le auto o lo stesso costruttore) sino ad André Citroën in persona, passando attraverso altre figure storiche come Louis De Funes ed i Beatles.
